「手力急救」自1987年開始發展至今已接近40年，期間得到歷屆衛生署署長及香港中文大學中醫學院院長等支持推廣。為配合中西方急救未來持續發展，「香港手力急救協會」於2026年1月1日起，全力承辦及推廣手力急救，綜合急救等培訓，考核及發出相關資歷證書。所有課程培訓，考試規程與安排和以前由中國香港拯溺總會做法則不變。

Notice 2026/001
"Acupressure in First Aid” (AFA) , has been developed
for 40 years since 1987. Director of Health and Head of the Chinese Medicine of
Chinese University of Hong Kong have also indicated their full support. To
better enhance the effect of First Aid with AFA, the Acupressure in First Aid Federation (the Federation)
has undertaken to promote AFA, Integrated AFA training and accreditation. All application procedures,
training, examination and certificates issuing previously arranged by the Hong
Kong China Lifesaving Society will be processed by the Federation w.e.f.
1.1.2026.
